Food Pedaler

I began my culinary journey in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned the art of Southern cooking and the importance of love and care in every dish. This early experience led me to apprentice in Europe, where I deepened my appreciation for fresh, high-quality ingredients and the connection between food, farmers, and craftsmanship. Returning to the U.S., I worked my way up from dishwashing to line cooking in Kansas City, learning from great mentors and eventually opening a farm-to-table restaurant in a small Kansas town to showcase locally-sourced ingredients and educate guests on the difference between quality products and mass-produced alternatives.

Now, I’m combining my two greatest passions—food and cycling—into Food Pedaler. With Food Pedaler, I aim to bring handcrafted, locally-sourced food to both cyclists and food lovers alike. Our offerings include a variety of meals, from breakfast and lunch to dinners, pastries, dressings, sauces, and relishes. We’ll also create cycling-specific bars, perfect for fueling up during an outdoor adventure.

Through Food Pedaler, I want to bring the same care, quality, and pride that I’ve experienced throughout my career to those who share a love of great food and outdoor pursuits.
